Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods such as product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Fulfillment Location
Some products sold through Shop MPAC may be manufactured and shipped from our international production partners. As a result, packages may be shipped from international fulfillment facilities depending on product availability and production requirements. Shipping times shown at checkout already account for this international fulfillment process.

Shop MPAC currently ships internationally to many countries worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on carrier service coverage and local import regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a refund if necessary.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier. Orders that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier using the provided tracking number are considered fulfilled. Shop MPAC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and item so that we can evaluate the issue and help resolve it.
