Return Window
We accept return requests only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you believe your order qualifies, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns are not accepted for the following reasons:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used
Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Return Authorization
To request assistance with an order, please contact info@shopmpac.com and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution which may include a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact info@shopmpac.com.
