Shop MPAC is operated by MPAC Global Sports Services LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through our store are processed and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods such as product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Fulfillment Location

Some products sold through Shop MPAC may be manufactured and shipped from our international production partners. As a result, packages may be shipped from international fulfillment facilities depending on product availability and production requirements. Shipping times shown at checkout already account for this international fulfillment process.

Shipping Destinations

Shop MPAC currently ships internationally to many countries worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on carrier service coverage and local import regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a refund if necessary.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery destination, package weight, and shipping carrier rates. All applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery timeframes are 5–12 business days worldwide. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including production timelines, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other logistical issues.

International Shipping & Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise. Shop MPAC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier. Orders that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier using the provided tracking number are considered fulfilled. Shop MPAC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Shop MPAC is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and item so that we can evaluate the issue and help resolve it.
